Co-Founder & CEO
Greg brings decades of leadership experience in scaling digital platforms and transforming professional services. He has had senior roles at Nike, Air New Zealand, and most notably was Xero’s thought leader globally.
Squeeze is the embodiment of his “why” – to impact the world of small business globally and to improve the lives of the professionals who support them. There is a crisis facing the accounting profession: an ageing cohort of owners, a lack of new talent, and SMEs crying out for better support. With Squeeze, Greg is building an international brand that is tech-empowered, people-centred, and ready for the next decade of small business.

Olwyn Connolly brings over a decade of experience leading digital and people transformation across the accounting sector.
Throughout her career, Olwyn has championed modernisation in the profession, combining technology, customer-centric design, and deep operational expertise.
At Squeeze, Olwyn turns vision into execution – coordinating operations, scaling teams, and ensuring small business owners and accountants have an experience they truly value. James Frank
Co-Founder
James Frank is a corporate lawyer, advisor and SME investor with a deep commitment to helping small businesses succeed.
Through Frank Law and Frank Advisory, James partners with founders to structure smart deals, navigate complex legal landscapes, and unlock growth. He’s also a principal at Brolly Capital, backing purpose-driven businesses with real potential.
